When/why did you decide to learn coaching?

I first learned about and decided to pursue coaching during a career change seminar in 2001 after selling a business.

What symptoms did you have that prompted this career change decision?

Symptoms? None, I had a desire to change careers and live more in my mission

What do I do as a coach?

I am transitioning into full time coaching. I work with business people and professionals to eliminate the overwhelming nature of senior management. My ideal clients are; smart, connected to the world around them, dynamic, spiritual, interested, interesting, willing to learn, understand the value of and regularly invest in themselves through internal and external means.

Any other comments or examples you want to mention regarding how your training at The Coaching Institute has changed/benefited your life and/or career and those around you?

This is a very rich learning environment which requires both discernment and a willingness to follow the directions and example of those who are where you want to be. It has been a rigorous and fruitful exercise for me which often demanded I put my ego aside before I could receive the gift I wanted, which was there for the taking. Thank You, Terri and all at the Coach Institute!
