When/why did you decide to learn coaching?

I was looking for more rewarding work, both from a spiritual and financial standpoint. I wanted to do work that felt connecting and helped people.

What symptoms did you have that prompted this career change decision?

Mostly simply knowing there was 'more' for me on so many levels.

What do I do as a coach?

I help women in mid-life reconnect with themselves, gain insights into what they really want and learn to bring out their strengths and talents.

Any other comments or examples you want to mention regarding how your training at The Coaching Institute has changed/benefited your life and/or career and those around you?

It's totally moved me forward towards a life that feels like 'mine' - I'm happier, stronger, more engaged and eager, and I bring that to every coaching session.
