Fatos Ayvaz: Coach, Trainer and Mentor

Fatos was born in 1967 Antalya-Turkey. She has a Human Behavior license degree from Newport University. She has coached herself during her career as a supervisor in a bank and in 2002 she resigned from her job at the bank to let herself reach her desired career. In that same year, she was trained in coaching in London and she has been serving as an individual coach thenceforth. She is known as a leader who has developed coaching in Turkey. She has conducted studies in Turkey, in collaboration with American, English and Canadian institutes that established four different schools of coaching. Ayvaz is also the president of Fa Coach Academy. In 2004 she placed the first coaches of Turkey in one of the Turkish Universities. She is still working as a coach, trainer and mentor of The Coaching Institute in Turkey, in cooperation with Terri Levine, and she is conducting individual studies and presents Coaching Kit Products in the Turkish Market. Ayvaz, in collaboration with the municipalities, is also carrying out career coaching projects for the young and women to help them for creating a desired career.

Trainer for Fa Coach Academy - Altan Sahinoğlu Ozen

Altan Sahinoglu Ozen was born in Kutahya-Turkey in 1971. She received a bachelor's degree in Public Administration in French from Marmara University and she has a master's degree in Women's Studies from Istanbul University. The topic of her master's thesis was "Violence against Women and the Role of Women's Shelters". Following her graduation she pursued research and studies on women's issues in different women's organizations, and she served as a press counselor, a trainer, and a representative in domestic and international organizations. Her role as a trainer dominated and she provided training on various subjects (communication, team work, creativity, time management, sales skills, presentation techniques) for various companies. Then she attended the Life Coaching Training Program given by Fa Coach Academy in collaboration with a university, and she decided to continue her career as a coach. She is still acting as General Coordinator, Coach, Trainer and Mentor in Fa Coach Academy in cooperation with The Coaching Institute. Her clients consist of managers, women, parents and students. She works as coach, trainer and mentor of The Coaching Institute.
